Air Serbia. Air Serbia is Certified as a 3-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff. "Air Serbia has a reasonably good product in Business and Economy Class on long. You might think you save some money but booking a cheaper flight with Airserbia but your mental health will be destroyed. TO THE POINT: Air Serbia recently launched nonstop service from New York to Belgrade with a retrofitted two-cabin aircraft. The pros: wonderful service, a luxurious lounge, and 18 cozy lie-flat seats. The cons: low-quality bedding and pillows, plus a quirky seat that only lets the tray table come up when it's in the upright position. Delays, lack of info, ignorant check-in staff, plane toilets with no paper (in any of them), lazy cabin crew (too good to collect the rubbish, rather leave it for the cleaners), rude and not acquainted with the meaning of customer service.
