But the truffle changes according to the seasons, black, white or summer. At the moment, Chez Julien is serving summer truffle from Périgord. The chef, Helmi Derbal is the former chef of the restaurant La Truffe Noire in Neuilly. The lunch formula, starter / main course or main course / dessert, is 26 euros - an affordable price.
