They produce rosette-shaped flowers in a range of different colours. [1] Lewisia cotyledon grow up to 0.5 metres (1.6 ft) in height and width. This plant is perfect for small setups as the floral shoots seldom reach a height beyond 12 inches. The rosette itself grows to just 3 inches tall. The leaves can be masked and shaded by a profusion of blooms. These are often so vivid and stunning that the rest of the plant becomes inconsequential. History L. cotyledon 'Mountain Dreams' The funnel-shaped flowers of this lewisia cultivar are marked by an array of colors. Each flower has around 9-10 pink, apricot, and orange colored petals. Slightly darker-shaded veins extend in a parallel fashion from the center to the tip of each petal. Bright yellow anthers attract a few pollinating insects.
