Let bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then turn bread out onto a wire cooling rack to finish cooling. Slice once cool, and serve. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 1.5 quart loaf pan with non-stick spray. In a large bowl or food processor, mix the flour, cream cheese, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg until combined. Fold in 1 cup apple fruit filling. Add the dough into the non-stick sprayed pan, pressing down so it's even.
