Marc H. van der Woude (born 1960) is a Dutch jurist and judge who has presided over the General Court of the European Union (EU) since 27 September 2019. He has been a member of the General Court since 13 September 2010. On 16 September 2022, Marc van der Woude, Professor of International and European Union Law at Erasmus School of Law, has been elected for the second time as President of the General Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in Luxembourg.
