Sunday markets at Westerpark Review of Westerpark Reviewed August 8, 2016 via mobile We visited westerpark on the first Sunday of the month so we're lucky enough to experience the markets. The park and the markets had a great vibe and there was plenty of food to choose from and homewares and fashion to browse. There is a traditional Sunday Market taking place in Westerpark, at the Westergasfabriek, every first Sunday of the month (and some other special occasions). Today was the first Sunday of December and the market was there, lively and entertaining, as usual, despite the freezing temperatures. It's called the Sunday Market and it's a combination of fashion, design and food. So while enjoying a nice exotic bite, you can dance to live music and shop for gifts.
