My name certainly isn't Ricardo and I've been trying to look online about how I could have gotten a notification like this to no luck. I decided to not open the Device Help app, but instead checked online. There is a Reddit forum for Motorola phone users, and many people just got the same message and no one seems to know. If you have a motorola 'phone you probably got a message "Test for Ricardo". If you click on it (like an idiot- never click on anything suspicious ;) ) it opens device help. Turns out motorola users.
