Good standard long bow dimensions that I have observed and used are about 1 1/3 to 1 5/8 inches wide at center with minimal taper to to midlimb then tapering to roughly 1/2 inches at tips. Depth depends on the weight you want as twice as wide is twice the weight but twice the depth is 8x the weight and wth bows that long you can have thicker bows.
