My 3 years of Latin tell me that Fred is king of the Borusses, and that is not much help. Borussia is old-timey speak for Prussia. Given that you know what country he was king of, you might have figured that one out on your own, one would have thought. (Just trying for the helpful but acerbic 'Allen effect' there.
