The original script for Ferrari was written 30 years ago by the British screenwriter Troy Kennedy Martin, who wrote The Italian Job and created the Liverpool-set police drama Z Cars. "The script. Ferrari is a 2023 American biographical sports drama film directed by Michael Mann and written by Troy Kennedy Martin.Based on the 1991 biography Enzo Ferrari: The Man, the Cars, the Races, the Machine by motorsport journalist Brock Yates, the film follows the personal and professional struggles of Enzo Ferrari, the Italian founder of the car manufacturer Ferrari S.p.A., during the summer of 1957. Ferrari has been gestating for so long that its credited screenwriter, Troy Kennedy Martin, died in 2009.When Mann first read the script, in the '90s, he was drawn to its whirlwind of competing.

Ferrari are the seventh team to reveal their 2022 challenger. World champions Mercedes will launch their season on Friday, with Alpine following suit on Monday.
