Even though the YoRHa squad has been destroyed, he still trying to gather data on the enemy, and since there's only so much he can do on his own, he has asked 9S for help. " Reconnaissance Squad " is a quest in NieR:Automata, exclusive to 9S. A fellow scanner model residing in the Forest Castle asks 9S for assistance in collecting enemy data, despite the loss of the Bunker . This quest is only available during Route C. Need help with 4S' quest "Reconaissance Squad" In this quest, 4S gives you a mission to get 95% unit data. I'm wondering how to get this. I'm around 84% currently. As far as I know, there is no way to see unit types you don't have yet, and I'm stumped at what I'm missing.
