My first night visiting Copenhagen my friend and I decided to go to Pony after reading about it on a travel blog. We loved the quaint atmosphere and and openness of the restaurant. It was awesome to watch the chef's skillfully cook and plate our dishes. My favorite dish was a delicious poached pear dessert. Straight from the Pony's mouth: PONY is Kadeau's cheeky "little brother" residing in the small, homely premises of Vesterbrogade 135, where Kadeau Copenhagen used to be. The idea behind PONY is a more simple approach to the good dining experience, revolving around a small selection of à la carte dishes and a daily four course menu known as the "Pony Kick". Little brother to Kadeau and situated in the western part of Copenhagen (at the address formerly occupied by Kadeau Copenhagen itself, actually), Pony serves a simpler, bistro-ish version of Kadeau's cuisine. It's very elegant and delicious food, the sorroundings are nice and relaxed, and the service is among the best in class. For great value go for Pony Spark, the set menu. The win list.
