Thu 5 Mar 2020 12:18 Dacia Duster - New Renault 1.0 tce engine - joegrundy I am possibly/maybe contemplating a new Duster Essential 100 tce with the new 100bhp/160 nm engine. A test drive on local (rural w. Wales) road was OK - nothing startling but OK, which is about all I need nowadays. The 1.0 TCE engine is surpisingly peppy at low speeds and is fine at regular motorway speeds, but get a stronger engine if you do a lot of motorway miles.. The rear breaks are just drums, but braking is still excellent, I've seen a duster beat an X3 in a braking test by a surprising margin.. 2021 Dacia Duster 1.0 TCe 100 Essential 5dr £.
