Sold to Elizabeth Schwitzer in 1940. Sold to senator Stanley McKeen in 1951. Bought and owned briefly by St. Mark's College. 1967- Alumni Association and various offices in accordance with Cecil Green's wish that it be used to foster town-and-gown relationship.
