They have slow firing guns with low velocity and even lower ammo count. Make yourself difficult to hit. This is coming from a self acclaimed mediocre player. You forget the Su11 can outturn, out accelerate, and out gun any aircraft from 6.0-8.3. Out gun in terms of caliber yes. How does one use the F3D-1? I recently got the F3D-1, I've played a few matches already but I've not lived through one completely. I don't know how to play the Skyknight, so if anyone has any tips I'd appreciate them. I'd like to bring it into ground RB, but I don't have any of the mods… This thread is archived

So try doing headons and pray for a downtier to bully props. x888xa • I went to get the F3D mostly because it looks cool, and cause i wanted the Skyraiders • • Ye, i don't have the F-84 line researched, like, at all • The F3D-1 can dogfight about everything at that BR range, except for the MK8 Meteors. (Those are 7.7 and 8.0 anyway.) I recommend a nice 7.5° climb towards the enemy. You will meet enemy attackers, usually the Me-262 variants. You can easily dogfight those and win.
