I'm not sure why the preset isn't changing your face accordingly but I think if you manually find the relevant nose, mouth, hair, etc. you'd get your screenshot. Fallout 4. So I'm using Oni Asian Face textures and preset for looks menu but the top eyelashes clip thru the center of her eyes, her eyes don't change to the right Asian shape I think. The only way I know how to fix it is do a hard reset and load the game back up, it typically fixes when you clear your temp data.
