@Kessler - Having assembled 15 Gore-gruntas (with 3 more to go) I can advise that they are tricky models to convert. In order to add variety to mine I have taken to converting the riders, with head and weapon swaps. Any work on the gruntas themselves would take a large amount of work at a pretty high skill level. Also cause they're an absolutely beautiful model so wanted to ask for advice before dropping £60 on them, especially as the gore gruntas by themselves are £48, even though I could still use the rest of the models easy. For a true conversion your probably looking at squig hoper faces and alot of greenstuff, you could probably save some time by using some of the boar hair as furs.
