It seems they do knock-offs from Tubus products, no surprise since Tubus no longer manufactures in Germany but in China. What is the price of that front rack? They have a rear one that seems to be a copy of the Tubus Cargo, but costs 100$ (plus delivery). I ended up replacing it with the Surly front rack and haven't had any problems since. Worst $100 I ever spent.. Soma is another good option and there is a small Chinese company called LKLM that has a good reputation and a neat rack like that. I use a Blackburn bootlegger on my Soma and love it! I can even get panniers on it.
