The reason the cover turned out so bad is because the artist was asked to create the cover art with little to no time before the game was released. 7 Rockman 2: Picture Perfect. The first two Mega Man titles are infamous for having some of the worst box art of all time. Sure, they have a certain charm for players who grew up with them, but they also induced nightmares on many 80s children. The Rockman games in Japan had completely different box art.

In the 1980s, Capcom launched the first two games in the franchise, Mega Man in 1987 and Mega Man 2 in 1988. The original box art is just all sorts of wrong. These RMs are seriously amazing. I love ALL of them. Edit. The Amiibo Edition picture tried to blur their names (they have the RMs all on it) and the fans managed to decipher most of the names: Acid Man, Impact Man, Tundra Man, Scorch Man, Fuse Man, Block Man and Bounce Man with the last one being unsure yet. You can probably use a template from another PS4 game cover and paste in the art and whatnot. If you were to use the american art for 9 and 10, copying the style of the back of the box of old NES games to match with the art wouldn't be too hard since really, those were very simplistic.
