My specs are: gtx 1660ti, i7-9750H, 16gb ram. I allocate 3200mb of ram to Minecraft. I typically get 144-300 fps in 1.8.9, but whenever I play in 1.14+ I get less than 140fps (typically sits at around 100-138).
