The CDC is faster, and has better DPM, but from what Ive heard, it basically loses modules like they werent even attached to the tank whenever it gets hit. Id say the Mutz will probably be more consistent unless youre a really good player. Id say though, based on my 1 game in the Mutz, the tank feels really really good to play.
