All the components of the typical 'Dark Elf' ancestry in other RPGs are available on the Elf ancestry already - innate magic both Primal or Arcane, Darkvision, innate training with swords, not sure what else you feel is missing from the fantasy of a Dark Elf that a 3PP would solve.
