Whilst other pos 4/5 are potentially struggling with hp sustain in the laning stage, IO (especially with a headdress that builds into locket) could turn into a floating fountain lol. Well i mean you would still use a shovel' salve to get a teammate away from 1 hp but definitely not on the laning stage.. There is simply not enough farm on the map for all five heroes to have strong farm let alone 2. Dota has always been 5v5 and supports have always had impact even in mid and late game. The early game doesn't absolutely. One thing I've noted is that I can (and, to complete the tutorials, need to) buy stuff like a Tango and a Healing Salve right at the start of the tutorial. However, when I've used up the items, I can't buy any replacements, no matter how much gold I have available. The items are active (colored) in the shop, but nothing happens when I right.
