At the end of a dungeon the "wailing arrow" is at about 300dps overall. So pretty good in my opinion. At 233 it isn't worth replacing a 252 weapon. At 246 it's good to go. Bow can't drop from vault. but other than that its pretty good, uncapped aoe and generally an upgrade at 246 over any 252.
