As for those in whose hearts is deviation [from truth], they will follow that of it which is unspecific, seeking discord and seeking an interpretation [suitable to them]. 3/Al Imran-67: Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian but he was a "Hanîf" (who believed in the Oneness of Allah, rendering the spirit back to Allah before death and submitting to Allah) a Muslim (submitted to Allah), and he was not of the associators.
