In 1991, Jo killed a woman in her 30s while driving under the influence of alcohol and attempted to conceal his crime by disposing of the body somewhere else. However, he was caught red-handed after fell asleep in the car right beside where he hid the body. Actor Jo Hyung Ki began his career in 1979, appearing in a guest role in the K-Drama, Chief Inspector. He continued earning fame through the 80s, making a name for himself in supporting roles. Jo Hyung Ki would commit the horrific crime he would become infamous for in 1991.
