You'll also need access to a printer, a smooth shank, and short wood screws. 2 Gather the right plywood. 12 and 16 tooth gears go on the active shaft of the jig. I added a drop of super glue between them and drilled 3 small holes for the prong T-nut to lock into the 16 tooth gear. 32 tooth gear goes with a handle on the top plane of the jig at 90 degrees to the 12/16 pair. I found this gear calculator online and thought ya'll might get some use out of it. http://woodgears.ca/gear_cutting/template.html Well I have looked for a couple of days now for a free gear genertor and the closest that I get is here http://www.woodgears.ca/gear_cutting/template.html Now this is great but it doesnt allow you to save as a dxf. or eps. file so it doesnt really help me out.
