The staff were helpful however there was a lack of communication as we was asked the same question about the hot tub multiple times which no one seemed to listen to.
We have just spent 3 nights at Ivy Bank campsite. Wonderful location with beautiful views. Well laid out and very well organised, with some quirky features on site. We were informed on arrival to have a good 6 meter pitch, to be covid safe, and facilities regulations (as the government had just changed them) which everyone adhered to. Ivy bank campsite 6 miles west of Ripon in the lower Yorkshire Dales, located between the market towns of Ripon, Masham, and Nidderdale in Kirkby Malzerd. Only a 30 min drive from Harrogate. We have a fabulous shower block, family lounge, sink/oven/ hob in a converted horsebox. A mobile hot tub you even sleep in a converted fiat panda.

This was our 1st visit to ivy bank campsite. Fantastic spot, beautiful views & scenery. Lots of space for adults & children to move around & play. Good facilities including a pot wash shed that has a microwave, kettle, toaster, mini oven with hob, 2 fridges & a small freezer for ice packs. Also, electric socket with space to charge your phones.
