Portelet Bay is definitely one of the most beautiful beaches in Jersey. The access is down 2 different sets of stairs, both of which are very steep on the way back up. However, the stairs keep the crowds away, letting you enjoy this beautiful sheltered bay with soft, gold sand and clear calm waters. FACILITIES: At the top of Portelet bay, you will find the Old Portelet Inn which serves both lunch and evening meals and is one of the oldest pubs in Jersey dating back to the 16th century with many original features inside.
