Step 1 Whisk the egg whites on fast speed, using an electric hand whisk, until light and stiff. Beat in the sugar, still on a fast speed, a little at a time until you have a thick glossy meringue. Fold in the egg yolks. Step 2 Whisk the cream and brandy together until thick. Folding into the meringue mixture. Step 3 Whisk together the condensed milk, alcohol, vanilla and salt until well combined. In a separate bowl, beat the cream to stiff peaks, then beat in the condensed milk mixture until thoroughly.
