Queen Noor of Jordan Noor Al Hussein ( Arabic: نور الحسين; born Lisa Najeeb Halaby; August 23, 1951) [1] is an American-born Jordanian philanthropist and activist who is the fourth wife and widow of King Hussein of Jordan.
