Some of our favourite gifts to make are keepsake gifts for family and this reindeer handprint craft is perfect for that. You can laminate it and make a hanging ornament with some ribbon, create a cute Christmas card, or even put it in a small frame with the words "Merry Christmas 2021" on it. Instructions: 1. Place your child's hands on the darker brown paper. Trace the hands with a pencil and cut out the two handprints from the brown paper. 2. Download and print out the free reindeer handprint craft template. 3. Cut out all the template pieces and trace them onto colored paper as shown. Cut out all the traced template patterns. Cut pieces of red tissue paper into 1x1 inch squares. Cover the nose of the reindeer with glue and stick pieces of crumpled red tissue paper to it until the nose is filled in. Glue the googly eyes onto the reindeer's face. Trace your child's hands on brown paper and cut out the handprints. Glue the handprints onto the back of the reindeer's head. We used the right hand for a left-facing reindeer. Stamp the hand print down where you want the reindeer head to be. Now, spin the construction paper 180 degrees.
