A country house, gardens and park developed in the late C19/early C20 for the Cripps family of politicians on a site known to have been occupied since the C14. St Katharine's (main building) has 13 ensuite rooms: 2 single, 3 double and 8 twin, accommodating 24 people. The main building has on the ground floor; 2 lounges (capacity 10 & 18), a library, a chapel (capacity 60), a separate prayer room and a dining room that can sit 36 people.
