As tea time fast approaches, I thought I would share with you today's cookery video. Today we are cooking veggie sausages with mashed potatoes and runner bea. Preheat the oven to 190oC, gas mark 5. Put the parsnips and swede in a large saucepan, cover with cold water and add a large pinch of salt. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain well, then mash with 1 tbsp oil and season.
