Heroes of Blood are often sympathetic and work to pacify their teammates. Bloods associated form of romance is moirallegiance. The Bard of Blood would be the root of most if not all of their teams interpersonal issues, and would egg on and worsen arguments. Considering this, a Bard of Blood would be able to subtly tear his enemies apart by allowing their relationships to be destroyed, subtly turning them against each other. He could also invite destruction by utilising negative relationships (rivalries and such) to make his enemies kill each other. With a Bard of Blood around, no one would stay.
