That's why Hyland Hills is developing a new Master Plan in partnership with the City of Westminster - and we want to hear from you! Originally built in the 1970s, the Hyland Hills (formerly Carroll Butts) Sports Center is jointly operated by the City of Westminster and the Hyland Hills Park & Recreation District. FP was brought on board to complete a full interior and exterior renovation of the existing facility, which was brought down to its steel frame.
