Carol Stewart Village is a 62-unit, one-story community. This project was a rehab of an existing motel structure to efficiency apartments and presented the unique opportunity to transition-age adults (18-24) in the Franklinton and surrounding community. The development will be named "Carol Stewart Village," in honor of long-time Franklinton resident and advocate Carol Stewart, who passed away in 2012.
