Directions: Cut off the top and clean out your pumpkin like usual. You don't want any goopy stringy stuff in there. In fact, I think it helps to really scrape the sides down even further than just getting the goop out- it makes the wall a little thinner for carving. This is where that short spoon/scraper comes in handy. First step is like usual, cut off the top and clean out your pumpkin. You want a nice clean inside without any seeds or goopy stringy stuff.
