Or you can go all out and deck the halls, porch, windows, and door with garland to make an amazing first impression for all your Christmas party guests. Attach the tulle in 2 or 3 places going up the garland on the side of the fireplace. Then move up the garland a foot or two and wrap another one of the garland branches around the tulle.
