General Information. Held the last full weekend in April, the Dogwood Festival draws an estimated 50,000 people to Downtown Siloam Springs. This award-winning festival features exhibitors from all over the United States. Many have said we are the most vendor-friendly festival around. We try hard to create a small-town, family-like atmosphere. The Audubon Park Garden Tour is an annual event, hosted since 2001, that features the hidden beauty of local gardens in our neighborhood. Proceeds from this annual event benefit Garden Club programs including community flower beds, tree planting, parks maintenance and city-wide events such as the Festival of the Dogwood and Community Christmas Celebration.
