Here's a step-by-step tutorial for installing Gshade for The Sims 4: First, make sure you have removed Reshade and backed up your presets. Download GShade as well as your favorite GShade presets. Run the downloaded .exe file of GShade. Follow the installation wizard and select The Sims 4 as the game you want to install Gshade for.
