Print this image (as you would a photo) on letter-size paper then enlarge or reduce it (with a photocopier or playing with printer settings) to attain the desired size, using the scale bar as your guide. You will need to cut 2 fronts, 2 backs, 2 side panels, 2 bills and 1 bill piece from felt or fleece and 2 strips for the cap band measuring about 34 -36 inches. Hopefully you have sewing experience.
