I moved up from cashier to customer service quickly because of short staffing, however it was a terrible decision. I got paid the same amount for triple the amount of work with promises of promotion that were never followed through. Giant delivery service a flop. Without notice Giant has added a $9.95 delivery fee, up from $0 formerly from Tuesday to Thursday. Also my promised delivery has been delayed 2 hours. First day with Instacart seems to be a failure.
