The Middle School Track & Field Training Program is geared towards beginner and intermediate youth athletes and teams. The 10-week program contains both sprint and distance training plans that are based on running 4-5 days a week with a safe and gradual build up and intensity. A well-run middle school track program can be a game-changer for both the varsity track program and the school's athletic program in general. Middle school-aged athletes are interesting cases in that they don't primarily need to play any longer, but they also don't need a high school training regimen.
