Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. This workout was created to honor his sacrifice and service, and it has become a popular event for CrossFit athletes all over the world. The Beyond Strength & Endurance Murph Prep Plan includes 37 total training days and we recommend you complete at least 30 of them. We also recommend you train four days per week in weeks 1-6.
