Ingredients 1 tablespoon butter, or as needed 1 cup elbow macaroni 1 (6 ounce) can salmon, drained 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup ⅔ cup milk, or to taste ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper ¼ cup French-fried onions Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Put a pot of water on the stove to boil for the noodles. Make a marinade for the mushrooms from a little olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano and balsamic vinegar. Coat mushrooms well and place in a foil-lined pan, stem side up. Pour any remaining marinade onto mushrooms. Bake in oven until soft, approx. 15 minutes.
