Each year, The Summit County Builders Association and The Summit Foundation collaborate to host the Parade of Homes. This unique event gives the public a rare opportunity to tour some of the most beautifully remodeled and newly built homes in the county. In its 27 year, the 2022 Parade features five homes with stops in Silverthorne, Keystone. You can still catch the last weekend of the parade. Homes will be open September 25 and 26, 2021. Tickets are $20 each and include a copy of Mountain Living magazine (only the current issue, not a subscription like in previous years - phooey). We were hesitant about attending because only 6 homes are included this year, but they were so over.
