Add rinsed rice, onions and garlic. Cook until rice is browned stirring often. Stir in chicken broth, tomato sauce or salsa, cumin and chili powder. Bring to boil and turn down to simmer. Cover and let cook about 25 minutes or until rice soaks up wet ingredients.
