Step by step. Grab a highball glass. Slice the ginger into 6 long matchsticks. Fill your glass with ice and add the six ginger matchsticks (this complements the gin's distinctive top notes of yuzu and cherry blossom). Pour in the tonic water and stir to chill. Add the Roku gin and stir. Squeeze lime for fresh lime juice. Lemon juice will work too. Step 2. Measure (or not!) and add Roku gin, St Germain, orange blossom syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Step 3.
