This is a lovely light cake that smells divine! It made a nice change from the w/w banana bread I normally make. I used 75g white sugar in the cake & swirled the brown sugar (I mixed it in the TM bowl with a bit of batter) on the top of the cake. I subbed yogurt & used 1 egg & 65g egg whites. It cooked up perfectly in a round cake tin.
